Pattison Media Digital is seeking a high-performing Account Executive with a passion for digital solutions and a drive to win. About the Role:

As an Account Executive, you will be a key contributor in expanding Pattison Media Digital’s footprint across Western Canada. You’ll work with local and regional businesses to deliver tailored digital strategies that solve real challenges and drive measurable results. From prospecting to closing and account management, you’ll lead the full sales cycle and play a critical role in our continued success. This is a remote position, with travel within your sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and client referrals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and strategic consultation
  • Understand clients’ marketing needs and develop digital proposals that align with their business goals
  • Present and close deals with confidence, professionalism, and attention to value
  • Oversee client campaigns and collaborate with our internal team to ensure delivery and satisfaction
  • Stay informed on digital trends including paid media, SEO, SEM, social, and website strategies
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding targets

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of three years of successful marketing or digital sales experience
  • A self-starter mindset with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising products (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, programmatic display, SEO, websites)
  • Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients at all levels
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • High level of business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Proficient with tools such as Google Workspace, CRM systems, and digital research platforms
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Must reside in Western Canada and be legally eligible to work in Canada

  • Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential. Base wage plus commission range starting salary of $65,000 - $80,000.
