Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Communications Director to lead our corporate communications, marketing, and public engagement strategies. This senior leadership role involves overseeing the planning, development, and execution of integrated campaigns that strengthen our brand, support client goals, and foster growth in both local and international markets.

Main Duties
• Develop and execute strategic communication and marketing plans across digital, print, social, and event platforms.
• Design and manage integrated advertising campaigns to promote company initiatives and client brands.
• Conduct market research to assess audience insights and campaign performance; adapt strategy accordingly.
• Lead public relations activities including press releases, stakeholder communications, and media relations.
• Manage Lahoo’s digital presence and online business platforms (e.g. WeChat, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).
• Build and maintain partnerships with corporate clients, media outlets, and community organizations.
• Supervise and guide the marketing and communications team;
• Manage project workflows and timelines.
• Monitor trends and competitors to identify innovative strategies for market expansion.




Employment Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is an asset.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively senior experience in communications, marketing, or public relations management.
• Proven leadership in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns in industries such as media, entertainment, or consumer goods.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Cross-cultural communication experience or Chinese language skills are considered an asset but not mandatory.
